First Practice — Paired Reformer

Your first Yin Labs Reformer session, shared with a chosen partner.

First Practice is a 60-minute introduction to the Yin Labs approach. You will be guided through the Reformer, learn how the practice works and begin with foundations suited to your body and aims.

This is a paired 2:1 session with individual attention inside a shared practice. The price is £80 total, or £40 per person when two people attend.

No previous Reformer experience is required. Please complete the health screening and intake form before your first session. Your confirmation will include the exact arrival details.
