About YIN LABS
My name is Ti and I am passionate about somatic movement for well being and nervous system regulation. I believe in training that works with the body and not against it. Each activity is focused on posture and alignment, prioritising longevity and functional movement and ultimately bringing strength and balance to the body.
Coming form a background of gymnastics and dance, I fell in love with Yoga, Pilates & Functional Strength as they helped me maintain the strength and flexibilty I had built in my former years. Now I love to help people find freedom in their bodies, by moving with fluidity and progression while using interoception to listen to what each body needs.
