Pilates Strength is a gym based training style from a Pilates perspective, to build functional strength. The consultation is an in-person meeting or a video call, beginning with a brief assessment of your current mobility, posture, and alignment to understand your unique needs. During this one-on-one session, we'll talk through pricing and packages and proposed strategies designed to build foundational strength, improve metabolic health, and support healthy ageing. We'll talk through how I can help you move more comfortably and confidently in daily life, setting the stage for lasting wellbeing and improved quality of life.
The session will be 15- 20 minutes long and should give you clarity to decide wether you would like to sign on to an in-person training programme with me.
