The Reformer gives us a consistent way to observe how you move and establish a useful starting point for strength, control, range, coordination and confidence. It is a movement baseline and orientation, not a medical diagnosis or a fitness test.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe first session is always Reformer-led, even if your ongoing practice later focuses more on mat work, traditional Pilates, strength, mobility, flexibility or other apparatus. The Reformer helps us understand where to begin; it does not lock you into one discipline.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOne to One: £60.\u003c\/strong\u003e The room, session and coaching are for you only.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTwo to One: £40 per person.\u003c\/strong\u003e Each person books, pays and completes their own health and movement intake. Choose the same class time as the person you are practising with.
